Released by Master Distiller Noel Sweeney, Fercullen 18 Year Old Single Malt has been matured in bourbon barrels for over 18 years to deliver an exceptional whiskey perfect for celebrating special moments.

• The Powerscourt Distillery was designed and constructed by Scottish engineering group Forsyths, one of the world leaders in the supply of distillation equipment.
• It is a classic 3 pot still distillery, allowing Powerscourt to distil malt and pot still whiskey using both classic and traditional triple and double distillation methods.
• At full capacity the distillery has the potential to distil over 3 million of bottles of whiskey per year, or lay down the equivalent of 40 barrels of spirit per day.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Honey, vanilla, sweet malty, spice, almonds, cinnamon, ripe fruits, rich cherries, plums and oak wood.

Palate: Smooth. Layer upon layer of sweet, creamy malt, vanilla, ripe fruits, syrupy caramel, spice and crisp oak.

Finish: Malty to start with a long lasting sweet spice, malt and fruity finish.
