Your rights

You can request at any time any type of information that we hold on you in the form of a Subject Data Access Request (DSAR). If you think we hold incorrect or inaccurate information about you, please let us know by either email or post and we can correct this for you. You also have the right for your data to be deleted from our records and systems by letting us know by either post or email.

In any circumstances if you request any of the information stated above, we have the right to confirm your identity first before conducting such a request. If you do not provide your personal information to us and it is required for us to provide our products/services to you, we can refuse this request as we need this information before we can process a sale for our products/services in order for the sale contract to be legitimate as we need personal information to complete the purchase process.
