General information

You must be over the age of 18 to view and purchase from our online store, if you are under the age of 18, you should not submit any information on this online store including any personal details and payment information. When making a purchase you must ensure that the payment and billing information provided is correct and valid. This information will not be shared with any third party, apart from your address information with the fulfilment provider, in order to deliver your goods.

When setting up an account with us, any username or password information should be kept confidential and will become your own responsibility, including any activity performed on your account i.e., placing an order. If someone else logs into your account or you have been hacked you must contact us immediately using the email address at hello@dramante.co.uk. We will then investigate this further and come back to you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, your account and refuse to service your needs if you misuse your rights in accordance with our terms of service agreement.

The terms and conditions stated on this page constitute as the ‘agreement’ for our online store between Dramante Limited and yourself. This will take precedence over any previous agreements yourself and Dramante Limited in respect to our website. We will not be responsible for failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions providing the cause was beyond our reasonable control.

If we decide to remove or make any changes to our online store without notice, we shall not be liable for this as we reserve the right to make amendments whether its temporary or permanent. Dramante Limited do not have any representatives or agents acting on our behalf regarding our products and we will not be bound by any unauthorised representations as a result of this statement.

Dramante Limited reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions at any time and if you continue to use the website, all changes will be considered as accepted on your part.

Price match promise

At Dramante we are committed to offering fantastic customer service and unbeatable value for money. That's why we regularly check our prices against our competitors, however, if you do find one of our 'eligible price match products' cheaper with another online retailer, we will do our upmost to price match. 

Please note, this offer does not apply to our whole product range but the vast majority. All you have to do is first subscribe to receiving marketing email on our homepage (towards the bottom of the page). Once you have subscribed, send us an email to: hello@dramante.co.uk with the product name (must have the exact same specification) including a website link where you have seen it cheaper online (within the UK). We will then respond back as soon as possible. 

If you are successful and both the website can be verified and the product you have selected matches the price promise criteria, we will then send you a bespoke discount code, which you can use during the checkout page. 

Please note - we cannot price match supermarkets or Amazon, it must be another online alcohol retailer. We're all looking for the best prices and even saving a few extra pounds can make a huge difference. 

Order confirmation and invoicing

Once you make an order and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of the order which will include your invoice details i.e., total amount paid including any VAT which is appliable etc. If you would like more information, create a log in using your email address and you will be able to view more details once you have logged into your dashboard.

Taxes

All alcoholic products sold in the UK are subject to UK alcohol tax. If there are any additional charges, these are then the responsibility of the recipient making the purchase.

Products and pricing

Due to some of our products being classed as ‘limited edition’ i.e., rare and exclusive bottlings, availability will only last whilst we have stock. This can change at any time without prior notice, so you must keep a look out for which products are still available and which are not when making your purchase. All products, descriptions, pictures and pricing aim to be correct, if you notice an error, please send us an email at hello@dramante.co.uk and we will look to resolve this as soon as we can. Please be aware that prices can be amended at any time without any prior notice.

Confidentiality statement

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 any information which concerns yourself and any appropriate records may be passed to third parties in a confidential manner if we are legally required to do so by the relevant authorities. If you would like to have all the information, we hold on you, this request can be made either in writing or via email and will be actioned by us as soon as possible, provided we are given sufficient enough notice to gather all the information required.

Disclaimers, liability and authority

You must explicitly consent to use our website at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the website will remain uninterrupted or free from errors. If we include a third-party link on our website, we do not control these as they are maintained and controlled by the third parties, we are therefore not responsible of the availability or the content of these third-party pages.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused on your dependence on information obtained through any linked third-party websites or on our online store, unless required by law. Please speak to a professional if you are unsure of any information as stated above.

Our website is operated from the UK therefore the terms and conditions stated shall be governed and constituted by the law of the UK. If any of the terms and conditions as stated on this website are deemed invalid or void, the parties agree that the court should consider the parties intentions which have been reflected in this provision. The unenforceable condition should be deemed dissolvable and not affect the legitimacy of any remaining condition applicable.

Making a complaint

If for any reason you feel like making a complaint, please contact us and we will consider your complaint and the points you raise and respond back to you within a timely manner (within 8 weeks of acknowledging the complaint). In any circumstances we will endeavour to manage your complaint and find a resolution which benefits all parties involved, but for whatever reason, if we cannot do this and if you are unhappy with the outcome or if we were unable to resolve your complaint you have the right to refer the complaint to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
