Shipping Policy

UK delivery

At present we are only shipping inside the UK (England, Wales and Scotland), we may expand further to Europe and eventually the rest of the world in the future. If you are based outside the UK and would like to make a purchase from our online store, please contact us via email at hello@dramante.co.uk and we can discuss any further requirements.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges will automatically be calculated at the checkout stage, the cost will depend on how many quantities you purchase and where in the UK you are based, for example, if you are in based in the Highlands region of Scotland, the shipping rate will increase by £5 post purchase and by £12.50 if you are based in the Offshore region of Scotland. These charges will be applicable after your purchase has been made and before we ship your package out to you. 

Shipping charges start from £4.99 for the "Express" service which applies to the rest of England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

We also offer a "Next Working Day Delivery" service at £9.99 which applies to orders made before 12pm on weekdays only. So for example, if you ordered before 12pm (Monday to Friday) you should receive your package the next working day excluding weekends if your postcode is in England, Wales and mainland Scotland only.

The only exception in regards to both timescales and costs associated with either of the two services mentioned above is if the postcode is not located within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

If you select the “Next Working Day Delivery” option at checkout and your address is located in either the Scottish Highlands or Scottish Offshore regions then the estimated delivery time will be between 2-5 working days and NOT next day delivery. This is due to the complexities involved with travelling to both regions.

We will communicate with your via email post purchase and send you our bank details (Dramante Limited) where the additional charges can be paid before we fulfil your items. If this is not something you are comfortable with, we can offer a full refund and cancel your order.

Delivery

Once an order has been placed and shipping has been confirmed (usually within 1-3 business days), we will then try our upmost to deliver the package to you within 5 business days. It could be with you before this timeframe, we only advise 5 business days as an average. Longer delivery timescales may be due to a number of reasons such as delays on the courier’s part. If this was to occur, we will do everything in our power to put it right, but if you still haven’t received your order after 5 business days from receiving your order confirmation please contact us at hello@dramante.co.uk and we will investigate this for you and get back to you as soon as possible.

When the product is delivered if it involves alcohol then the recipient must be over 18 years of age and be in a position to present photographic identification as proof to the delivery driver. If you cannot show proof, the delivery driver may refuse delivery of your product. If we have to reschedule multiple deliveries the customer will be required to cover the additional costs involved.

Large orders

If you would like to place a large order (7 items or more), please contact us at hello@dramante.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Further discounts may also be applicable, so please enquire about pricing using the email address provided and we will be happy to help you.

Damaged product upon arrival

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us in the first instance via email at hello@dramante.co.uk we will then investigate this with the courier. In most, if not all cases, damage can occur during the delivery of the product, because the items are always intact before the leave our warehouse. If an outer box is damaged, we will not be liable to refund the customer as this is not in our control and down to the courier. We will however complain to them to ensure it does not happen again. If the actual bottle is damaged we will look to partially refund the customer and raise a complaint with the courier.
