Refund process

Please note - some products can only be returned back to Dramante for an exchange/refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. This will be specified under the 'highlights' section of the products description itself. The exact wording used is as follows: "Please note: This product can only be returned (refunded/exchanged) within 7 days from date of delivery".

All other products which do not have the additional wording (as above) can be returned as normal within 14 calendar days from date of delivery. However, we can only accept your return providing the following conditions have been met:

• The product is unopened.
• It is still within it's original condition i.e., no signs of usage.
• The product has not been damaged in any way.
• It has been packaged correctly.

If the conditions above have not been met then a refund/exchange may not be applicable. When returning products back to us, please contact us first via email at hello@dramante.co.uk and we will advise you further. Once you have received written confirmation from us to return the product, only then should you send the product back to us, not before.

You must send the products back to us via recorded delivery and keep proof of the postage receipt. The costs of the return will be incurred by the customer. This is because we need proof that the warehouse has received the goods and that they are in good condition, before we can issue a refund to you, if applicable.

All refunds will be sent back to the account that you made the purchase with. We endeavour to process your refund within 3-5 business days. You may receive your money even later than this due to banking delays. If this is the case, please contact your bank directly and enquire further with them as they may not have processed the request and this is something outside of our control.
