Agavita Tequila

Agarvita is one of the purest tequila's around. It is made traditionally using only blue agave. Designed for the connoisseurs who aren't afraid of a little heat, this tequila stands out from the crowd. 

Highlights 

• Tequila "Agavita" Blanco has the light and fresh taste of the all represented in the line "Agavita" and contains a part of at least 51% blue agave juice varieties Weber, which is to create beverages exclusively premium.
• Harvesting the agave plantation can start only after 8-10 years after planting. The production is only the core, previously softened for 2-3 days in a warm stone oven. Only then it is possible to squeeze out juice, which after mixing with water and yeast, and will be the basis of the wort. After 7-12 days fermentation it is distilled twice, separating the central part of "el corazon" (or "heart") as the most pure.
• The distillate obtained for white tequila is diluted with distilled water to the desired strength and bottled.
• 70cl bottle size. 
• 38% ABV.

Serving Instructions

The delicious tequila is enjoyed near or in the true mexican style, with a piece of lemon and a pinch of salt. 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Clean, fresh scent of tequila shows classic notes of herbs, flowers and agave.

Palate: Smooth with active agave tones, complemented by nuances of hot pepper and invigorating mint accents.

Finish: Smooth, earthy and slight notes of caramel.
