Cinzano Bianco is an infusion of herbs, spices, wine, alcohol and sugar, blended together using one of the best kept secret recipes for over 250 years. It is fragrant, full-bodied and carries a delicate aroma. Best enjoyed chilled and neat, although useful as a cocktail ingredient.

Serving Instructions

Serve neat over ice or with pink grapefruit juice.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate white peach, flower blossom and freshly spiced marjoram, with after notes of fresh thyme.

Palate: Fruit, vanilla and cinnamon that linger on the tongue.

Finish: A bittersweet persistent finish consisting of gentian, clove and cinnamon.
