Nose: Notes of almond cookies, nougat, dried cherry, and orange zest.

Palate: Lightly syrupy, macaroon, bettenberg cake, vanilla and lemon zestyness.

Finish: Long toasted almond and marzipan which while sweet has a balancing faint toasty bitterness.
