A fantastic rum from the Nicaraguan producer, Flor de Caña. This is a great sipping rum, with flavours like toffee apple and buttery vanilla. Did you know that the distillery is certified carbon neutral and fair trade, using 100% renewable energy and offsetting any emissions through planting trees - wow! They have managed to plant 50,000 trees since 2005.

Serving Instructions

In a Rum Old Fashioned or with a splash of premium sparkling water or ginger ale and an orange twist.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Hints of buttery toffee and cinnamon on the nose. This develops with notes of black pepper, gingerbread, and spice.

Palate: Toffee and custard on the finish. Long and decadent.

Finish: Dry, clean, fresh.
