Tasting Notes

Nose: Red apples, bourbon, gristy, vanilla. 

Palate: Lean, slightly bitter, a hit of sweetness before rye spice develops into a slightly acrid note.

Finish: A rich and complex flavour with layers of fresh fruit, vanilla spice and mellow oak.
