Product Description 

The Glenmorangie original is the flagship single malt scotch whisky from the Glenmorangie distillery in the highlands. Matured in a combination of first and second fill American white oak casks for 10 years, the expression is a benchmark for creamy, approachable single malt.

Highlights

• Awarded San Francisco world spirits silver award in 2021 and New York International spirits competition gold winner in 2020.
• Their stills are the tallest in Scotland which means that only the longest and purest vapours make it to the top, giving a smoother, more elegant whisky. They are at a height of 5.14 metres the same height as a fully grown adult giraffe.
• Their casks are the finest selected oak casks and only used twice to mature the single malt ensuring the maximum amount of flavour is always extracted during maturation, delivering a rounder, smoother taste.
• This version of the Glenmorangie Original label is now discontinued.

Serving Instructions

Enjoy neat, with a little water or 2-3 large rocks of ice.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Citrus and ripening peaches balanced by vanilla smoothness.

Palate: Vanilla emerges followed by a burst of flowery fruitiness.

Finish: A clean and salving aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.
