Product Description

The first in a series of Cask Editions, this bottle is matured in a white oak ex-bourbon barrel which has been finished in hand-selected European red wine casks. The result is a whisky that's delicate and refined, balancing rich strawberry and raspberry flavours with creamy vanilla finish.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Light, slightly tart berries and fragmented grapes. Fresh wood, redin and forest.

Palate: Fruity sweetness of dark grapes with syrup and light gooseberries. Liquid honey and sweet lemon merge into grassy, spicy coniferous forest notes.

Finish: Spicy, fresh oak.
