An Italian icon, Martini Bianco Vermouth is a medium dry aromatic fortified wine crafted in Turin. Its sweet, delicate, herbaceous flavour has made it a summer classic and a core ingredient for a wide range of cocktails. White wine is used as a base for a maceration of herbs and vanilla before the vermouth is sweetened and fortified.

Serving Instructions

Blend half Martini Bianco Vermouth and half tonic water for a refreshing, summery sip, Garnish with a lime wheel for a hint of zest.

Nose: A sweet, herbaceous floral nose. 

Palate: Delicate and bittersweet, with hints of vanilla, citrus, white florals and bitter herbs. 

Finish: A delicate, citrus-heavy finish.
