This is Peg Whisky's first official single cask Limited Edition release and it's a superb 7 year old Single Malt Whisky, distilled at an unknown secret speyside distillery, which just adds to the suspense of not knowing where its come from - get your guessing hats on! With a limited release of 313 bottles available worldwide.

This Limited Edition No. I is bottled at cask strength, natural colour and non-chill filtered. Once these bottles sell out, that's it as Peg Whisky have said they will never bottle this cask again, which makes this Limited Edition release so much more exclusive. Comes with its very own Peg Whisky presentation box as its our first Limited Edition release.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Malt biscuit, honey cereal, fudge and figs.

Palate: Vanilla, caramel cheesecake, sweet cinnamon and dried raisins.

Finish: Long finish with brown sugar, wood spices, dates and subtle flavour of mint gum.
