This Highland single grain scotch whisky was distilled back in 1994 and has been aged for 30 years before it was bottled under the title 'The Targe'. It has been crafted and distilled to an exceptional quality, an original whisky made the old fashioned way and as we all know, the old ways are always the best ways.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A fanfare of sweet fruits: ripe banana, grilled pineapple, stewed apple and raisins.

Palate: Banana fritters and wood spice harmonise with toffee apple and peanut brittle, with moist lemon drizzle cake and candied orange peel providing a confectionary counterpoint.

Finish: Soft fruits and gentle oak spice.
